- For a new pan, you should wash the pan once with dishwashing liquid to wash away the dirt on the pan, then sweep a layer of coffee on the pan and reheat, then wash the pan again. Every 10-12 times, use the maintenance operation as above 1 time. The more you do it, the more continuously it will become when it is not sticky and easier to wash.

- You should use separate frying pan, frying pan separately.

- Do not preheat or leave the pan on the stove for more than 2 minutes.

- When using the pan, you should let the fire burn within the bottom of the pan. If the fire goes up to the pan easily damage the pan.

- You should use a spoon, spoon, shovel flip of plastic, wood or silicone to cook food in a pan. Do not use scratched tools.

- Do not let salt or food residue stick to the pan for too long because it will make it difficult to clean. Best when cooking is done, let the pan cool down and then wash, not when the pan is still hot.

- The pan cleaning tool should be a soft towel or sponge, avoiding metal objects.
