Pressure cooker PCE-1798

Before use
- Before using, pay attention to the amount of food and the amount of water in the pot, do not cook too little compared to the lowest position or cook too full compared to the highest indicator line. Do not connect to the power supply when the appliance does not have food inside, otherwise it may cause an empty heat system, or other hazards.
- Be careful when cleaning rubber gaskets. Never extend the gasket or replace it with another rubber without the manufacturer's permission.
- The safety locks at the lid and the pressure relief valve must be checked regularly and clean.
- When the pressure valve is not in the discharge position, the pressure in the pot is still large and the lid is not ready to open, you must not use strong force to intentionally open the lid. This is very dangerous and can cause burns to the user.
- Make sure that the device's power source is compliant with the product specifications.

While in use
- First, hold the lid tightly, turn it clockwise and lift it up
- Remove the inner pot, add water and food. Note that the amount of water and food should not be less than 1/5 or exceed 4/5 the height of the inner pan. Food should not be cooked when it is higher than 3/5 of the height of the inner pot
- Clean the pan and the inner thermostat, making sure there is no barrier between it and the thermostat. Then, place the inner pot inside, turning slightly to the left and right to make sure the inner pot is completely in contact with the heat tray.
- Put the pressure relief valve in the closed position and check if the float valve has been lowered (before cooking, the float valve must be in a low position).

Note: When you want to open the cover, make sure that the float valve has reached the lowest position. Do not attempt to force the lid to open when the float valve has not been lowered.
